Weekend Meditation Retreat - Da Nang, Vietnam
The peace you're searching for is
searching for you.
3 days. A small group. A rare opportunity to learn from a master who has spent 55 years guiding others to find their way back to themselves.
Dates: May 8th-10th 2026 Location: LaLaLand, Da Nang
(non-residential)
When was the last time you sat somewhere feeling peaceful, connected to yourself and comfortable in the silence? Not just for a moment or when you attended that last breathwork, yoga or sound healing session, but for a prolonged period of time where you just keep going deeper into silence.
If you can’t remember, you’re not alone.
Things are constantly shifting and we’ve never been more overstimulated than we are today.
A podcast playing as soon as we wake up. Headphones to drown out the noise around us. An inner pressure to always be on. Constant notifications, doom scrolling, Youtube rabbit holes, or outsourcing our thoughts, feelings (and decisions) to Chat GPT at every opportunity.
We have more distractions than we’ve ever had, and despite it, many of us have never felt more alone, lost, confused or disconnected than we are today.
Disconnected from our emotions. From the authentic connections we crave. From our purpose, our inner voice, and from something far greater than ourselves.
This retreat is three days of finding that again.
A space to let go and just be - with yourself, your thoughts, and the heavy things you’ve been carrying. A chance to unplug and learn an ancient meditation practice that shines a light on what’s been calling for your attention.
You don't need experience. You don't need to be spiritual. You don't need to be anything other than yourself. You only need a willingness to press the pause button for a few days and be open to experiencing whatever is waiting to be unlocked inside you.
For some that looks like being witnessed by others and no longer carrying their pain alone. For others it's clarity on something that may have been consuming their headspace. For others it's experiencing more love, more peace or more compassion than they’ve experienced before.
Whatever comes up for you is what is meant for you. That's the magic of this retreat.
Not only will you leave having spent three days in a room free to just be yourself, and learning from a meditation master, you’ll also leave with a powerful and ancient meditation practice that travels with you wherever you go.
Something you can lean on in the moments your mind starts racing again or you feel a void of loneliness, emptiness or disconnection.

Norman Brown
Norman Brown has been meditating since 1976.
He didn't find it because he was looking for enlightenment. He found it because his life was falling apart and he wanted to find his way back home. That was 55 years ago.
Since then, Norman has been on a life changing journey dedicating himself to serving others on their own path of self-discovery and healing. He opened his retreat center in Thailand and over 6,000 people have come through his doors.
He's sat with people in the worst moments of their lives - through grief, addiction, rage and loss. He doesn't "fix" people. He doesn't like to refer to himself as a guru or promise enlightenment. He is simply a loving guide who meets you where you are and walks alongside you on your path. He remains present with what’s going on inside of you, and creates a safe space for you to be seen, heard and supported so deep transformations can happen within you.
What he carries with him - his down-to-earth wisdom, his intuition, and the energy of compassion, peace and love he holds for every person in the room - is something you’ll feel before he's even said a word.
That's what he's here to share with you.

Why this works
Something powerful happens when you meditate not just once - but many times, over a few days, with other people in a controlled and loving environment.
Science has shown that the heart has its own intelligence. When we meditate, the heart and mind come into coherence. The mental noise slows down, your nervous system relaxes and your heart opens.
Now couple that with being in a room full of people doing the same thing.
Research shows that when people meditate together, the effect isn't just individual - it's collective. The group creates a unique field. Each person's coherence amplifies everyone else's, and what would take months of solo practice to reach becomes accessible in days. That’s the true power of group meditation.
We also intentionally keep the group small by design, this is so there’s space for every person in the room to be seen, met and supported with whatever comes up, and for Norman to notice what's going on and to meet you there.
You leave feeling lighter, clearer and with a powerful meditation practice that's yours for life.
